DB Bundesbahn Logo replacement

Description

This mod replaces all DB logos on all DB trains with the old DB bundesbahn logo
Also it changes the red stripe on the ICE3 and ICE3M to the red like on the first ICEs and replaces the ICEs logo with the ICExperimental logo
