Class 465/9 Red Tail Light Fix (TSW3/TSW4)

This is a small mod just to make the tail light of the 465 appear red.

There are quite a few situations where it appears white for some reason;
bothered me a lil too much, so I fixed it!

Love this, any chance of doing this for the Spirit of Steam headlamps also if can be done using the same technique?
