I'll slowly be adding patches to this mod that affect both NYT and BPE. Listed below are the current fixes in the mod.

4.4.23: Updated all files in the mod to be compatible with the most recent update to both BPE and NYT content.
6.21.23: Added a separate file for disabling Dynamic Adhesion.
4.29.24: Added a separate file for replacing the LIRR1 M7s with LIRR2 M7s, this allows you to uninstall LIRR1 and only keep LIRR2 installed.
7.19.24: Fixed LIRREX trains not showing up after update.
11.19.24: Fixed Metroliner cab car ditchlights and LIRREX trains not showing up in TSW5.
1.25.25: Fixed NJT Conductor Mode and added it to the Amfleet.
2.10.25: Removed NJT fixes from the conductor mode pak.
3.14.25: Merged conductor mode pak to fix an issue with the Metroliner headlights.
9.2.25: Allowed the ALP-45 from MRT to sub onto NYT. I've also added provisions for the Arrow III but it currently is non-functional!
10.10.25: Replaced all NJT stock from NYT with newer and better ones from MRT.
3.20.26: Added WGv2 to the ACS-64s from NYT/BPE, the Acela, and the Metroliner Cab Car, suspension has been added to the ACS-64s and Amfleets, and a material/snow map fix for the Metroliner cab cars. The TrackRule, LIRREX subbing, and NJT subbing mods have been deprecated as they are no longer functioning as intended. Conductor mode for the Amfleets has also been removed as it was proving to be causing more issues and unexpected behaviors.
3.21.26: Added the ADU text readability fix from the NYS Small Patches mod, as well as fixing a missing file that prevented the other Metroliner Cabcar fixes from appearing
3.22.26: Fixed the Acela not being compatible with the new Metro North signalling from NYS
4.3.26: Fixed the glass material and LOD distances on the Acela

Simply place the .pak file in ...\Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld6\Saved\UserContent (note: not verified to work on anything other than the Steam release of TSW6)
Also ensure you have mods enabled in your settings.

Any other mods that change the rail vehicle manager of any rolling stock listed will cause issue with this mod.

Nice. What fixes are you planning for BPE?
Currently none, at the moment I've only looked into the Metroliner Cab Car which I feel has turned out nicely. I'll be doing a deep dive into the ACS-64 and Acela Express soon enough though. I did have the idea of maybe switching the default position of the Brake Select to "trail" rather than "test".
Does the main pack contain the lever speed changes as well?
It doesn't. I assumed that some people might not want to increase the lever speed so splitting the paks gives people the option.
Great mod! Noticed that with this installed, the max speed on the HUD for the metroliner cab car only goes upto 100mph now, and if speeds are higher they aren't visible on the dial. Was this change intentional?
I fixed that bug a few updates ago. Please double-check that you have the most recent version of the mod. I just checked on the latest version and the HUD shows up to 175.

The mod causes an immediate game crash after today's update.
I had a feeling it was going to break this mod. I'll be looking into it but don't expect a fix to this mod for at least a few.

nice! is it possible that you could remove the metroliner cab textures, as it interferes with the upcoming texture mod by nexo, yuri, and i.
The decals texture is required as it contains the new text for the headlight switch. The cab texture is something I'm keeping as I prefer the slightly more correct colors on the sander and alerter switches. I'll look into making it optional but for now, if you must change those textures out I recommend changing your mod name to be ordered above mine in the file browser (i.e. !!). This will allow for your texture to load even with this mod being installed.

I noticed that the NJT Multilevel and Cabcars passenger lights only turn on at night, and durring the day underground, it sucks to not be able to turn them on, is there a way where they can just be kept on regardless of the TOD?

I've now loaded up every scenario on NYT and I can't seem to replicate this behavior. Do you have any other mods installed or ini tweaks and could you give me more information, such as which scenario is causing this? Do note that this mod only works on the Steam version of TSW3, if you are playing on another platform other than Steam that might be the issue.
Hello, I have no idea if you have looked into this yet, but do you have plans on fixing the passenger lighting (HEP) on both the NJT multilevel cars and the Amtrak passenger cars?

Can you make it so that when the headlights are set to bright the metroliner cab car ditch lights come on solid? Not sure why they dont to begin with
It has been broken since TSW 2020. I can look into a possible fix but I'm not sure it's possible with our current editor.
I love the mod, enjoyed it on TSW3. I hope to see a update soon as all your mods listed makes all Locos not playable in timetables on TSW4.
Currently, modding support is broken in TSW4 and there is no official fix or update I can apply to make this work. Once TSW4 has been fixed to allow mods to work I will apply any fixes needed to bring this forward. (Mod has since been updated to work in TSW4)

Currently, no. Modding support in TSW4 was broken by DTG, they'll need to fix the game before any of my mods can be updated. (Mod has since been updated to work in TSW4)

I've tried to use the ditchlight mod for the metroliner cabcar and nothing! Still flashing when hit the bell or the horn!
The ditchlights should flash when the bell or horn is used. This mod now allows the ditchlights to go steady when the headlight is in bright, before they were always off unless flashing.
Ok so when I had them on bright like you said with ditchlights should go on when you put it on bright but somehow on my end, it didn't happened! I have TSW5 with most of my minimal DLC's installed and US mods are working as is, except the ditchlight mod
Try redownloading the mod and making sure you don't have any old/conflicting mods installed.

seems as though the buzzer button still doesn't compelte the "press the buzzer" objective. even with key in. Amfleet works perfectly, though!
update: i had to press the buzzer from a different coach I was in. weird. worth looking into if you can but great job on this. so happy we can finally play with this! :)
I've had this issue as well, but I think that's a Dovetail bug, not a mod bug. It has been reported to dovetail.
Can you change the textures of the ballast and ties to be more realistic?
The conductor mode on the NJT trains works great, but the amtrak not so much. The amtrak as soon as you leave the first station all the passengers eerily disappear and you are on the train by yourself, and of course no tickets to check. Have had this happen every time I try with an amtrak train.
Okay let me revise that. Just did train 86 and it worked like it should. Not sure why the others are giving me issues.
It's fully random based on distance, I can't adjust them. Amtrak services in my testing had anywhere from 0-60 passengers per station, including the first stop.
Okay, with the most recent update, the amtrak conductor mode suffers the same bug that Dovetail supposedly fixed with the update that was happening intermittently before, here after leaving the first destination, all passengers on the train except for in the car that you opened/closed the doors from disappear, and there is no ticketing objective. The rest of the train, which was full when in the station, is now completely empty. Not sure if you need to tweak something on your end to make it work again, but for now, conductor mode on Amtrak is completely unplayable. I tried five different amtrak schedules and it happened on every one. Also FYI, dovetail fixed this on the NJT trains, but created a new bug in the process. Now on NJT, the ticket checking icon appears in the middle of the car, on the floor in the middle of the aisle, for each car, instead of over the passengers' heads. I already reported it to Dovetail.
If it's any help, something causes the crashing/disappearing passengers issue right as the time hits the departure time. I was standing out on the platform and watched the interior of the train through the windows. There was a train full of passengers until that first departure time hits, and as soon as it changes and tells you to "lock doors", everyone on the train vanishes into thin air. There are no passengers left on the train.
I enjoyed the additon of having conductor mode on Amfleets. There were two issue I came across however. The first issue is that mod causes the Amfleet numbers to all appear as "01234." The Metroliner cab car is fine, but the amfleets have that issue. Everything else in the conductor mod works fine. The second issue was that it causes the name of the Metroliner to be reset back to "Amfleet Cab Car." Other than those two issues, it works fine. Also, would having an Acela conductor mode be possible at some point in the future?
I tried to include the Acela but it led to the game always crashing. The Amfleets numbering is a known issue but I have no idea why it's happening, it's small enough I don't think it's worth fixing for the trouble it would be. Lastly the latest update from today should fix the Metroliner, which had quite a few errors with the conductor mode pak.

It's possible but wildly difficult.
There is no need to implement "diesel mode" to the Morristown multilevel cab cars, as you simply just have to press the Fault Reset buttons that are located either above where the cab IFD is located, or next to the Alarm reset button to the left of the digital speedometer
I mean not all people are interested in buying a whole route they not gonna use just for single feature
The Morristown Multilevels are in the Train Sim World 6 core game, you wouldn't need to buy Morristown to begin with.

All of the files do different things, please read the description for which does what. If you had this mod previously and are upgrading to TSW6, make sure you have the newest version of each file.
Any idea when we could get the Arrow 3 subbed onto this for the NYP-South Amboy and NYP-Jersey Ave runs? would love to see 12 car arrows on the NEC
I can only continue trying to get the Arrow III subbing in the existing consists. None of which are 12 car and are not specific to certain runs.

All of my mods work in TSW6 as far as I know. I haven't had time to go through and update all of the mod pages to list support.

No, I have fully stopped modding public releases, and NGC is virtually only maintaining this mod at this point. I may look into trying to add back the ALP-45 subbing, but the Arrow III is a completely different challenge. I should also mention that the 8/10 car trains cause derailments at Trenton, and cause timetable issues at NYP, so I would only be able to do >6 car trains.
This mod unfortunately crashes both NEC routes on TSW 6.
I do not experience this issue. Please check your mod list and see if any other mods are conflicting. I can't fix an issue that only you experience.

While not impossible, it's out of the scope for this mod. This is a patch mod with the intent to fix many little issues which personally bother me, not add new content off existing locomotives/cars. I appreciate the suggestion though. I always preferred the older style because that's what existed out west!

The Metroliner changes don't work anymore in this build, they did in the last published build, so I'm ruling out other mods interferring since your's is the only one I've updated recently. Could you take a look at that please or do I now need to own NEC Stamford as well for it to work correctly?
It seems that the RVM wasn't added in the build published. I've sent it over to NGC and it should get fixed soon.

This breaks the cab signaling on the Acela. Especially in Metro North territory.

Hey Kat, I think when adding WGv2 effects to the Acela, it may have affected the coloring/shading on all the windows.

I am not maintaining this mod anymore, as mentioned in the mod description, NGC has taken over. I have talked to NGC about this, and while not intentional, this isn't considered a bug. The coaches have frosted glass on many of the windows, and the front glass is arguably more accurate, though too light.
I might decide to darken the color of the front glass, but this isn't a bug with the mod.
