This patch allows for the DRS and ONE Class 66s from Rivet's Engineering Express pack to substitute into all other Class 66 services.
UPDATE 25/01/2024
Adjust the commonness weighting of the ONE 66 from 1.0 to 0.1, so it should hopefully spawn very rarely
(just so you shouldn't see multiple of the same individual loco on one run)
