Vectron Pantograph Height Fix

Description
The pantos of the Vectrons were a tad too tall when raised, clipping into the overhead wiring. This mod readjusts this so it looks more fitting.

- DB Cargo MS Vectron (Kinzigtalbahn)
- Flixtrain AC Vectron (Loco Addon)
- Railpool MS Vectron (Loco Addon)

Installation Instructions
Drop the .pak into your DLC folder, found under the following path:
