MKN ICE 3M Cab Cam Position Adjustment

This mod has been made to align to Spikee's now withdrawn cab cam enhancements mod, where the other four ICE 3s in his list had a changed position of the driver's view.
I simply read the value of his modded position and changed the position of the Mannheim-Kaiserslautern ICE 3M using those values, so it's at the same height as the other ICE 3s.
