FSN/FTF 423 Freeroam Spawn Listing Fix

A small fix for the issue where the FSN 423 and the FTF 423 were grouped together in the train spawn menu.
This mod simply adds "RMV" to the friendly name of the 423's end cars ("BR 423 DB"), enabling a seperation of it from the FTF 423 so it has its own train entry in the said spawn menu.

(Explanation: the FTF 423's friendly name was also "BR 423 DB", resulting in both versions getting grouped together. This does not happen for the Munich 423 as a space is missing ("BR423 DB"), and the Cologne 423 additionally has "DBKS" in its friendly name.)

Note for other modders (might be of interest regarding compatibility):
This mod only affects the RVD_FSN_DB_BR423_FrontCabUnit and RVD_FSN_DB_BR423_RearCabUnit assets in FSN_DB_BR423\Content\Data\RailVehicleDefinition. Nothing else besides the friendly names has been changed.

Installation Instructions

Drop the .pak into your DLC folder, found under the following path:
...\steamapps\common\Train Sim World X\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
