KWG/MAG 403 Freeroam Spawn Listing Fix

A small fix for the issue where the MAG 403 and the KWG 403 were grouped together in the train spawn menu.
This mod simply adds "MAG" to the friendly name of the 403's end cars ("BR403 DB"), enabling a seperation of it from the KWG 403 so it has its own train entry in the said spawn menu.

(Explanation: the KWG 403's friendly name was also "BR403 DB", resulting in both versions getting grouped together.)

Note for other modders (might be of interest regarding compatibility):
This mod only affects the RVD_MAG_DB_ICE3_EndCar-0 and RVD_MAG_DB_ICE3_EndCar-5 assets in MAG_DB_ICE3\Content\Data\RailVehicleDefinition. Nothing else besides the friendly names has been changed.
