TGV Duplex - "Unreachable Location" Fix

This simple mod enables you to choose a path for the TGV Duplex on any TSW route.

Technical explanation:
This solution was made by removing the electrification requirements in the RailVehicleDefinition assets of the power cars. If the electrification requirements mismatch the route's electrification (eg. german routes with 15kV 16,7Hz), then you get an error about 'not being able to reach that location'. By not having any requirements defined at all, this is bypassed.
