KWG - 300 km/h Speed Limit Upgrade

Description
To stay on track with the planned speed limit upgrade on the highspeed line Hannover - Würzburg, I decided to also raise the speed limit on the in-game cutout Kassel - Würzburg from 250/280 to 300.
Unfortunately, there are still a few viaducts which drop the speed limit to 200 (atleast for the ICE 3), and I don't have any idea yet on how to fix that.

Installation Instructions
Drop the .pak into your DLC folder, found under the following path:
...\steamapps\common\Train Sim World X\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
Additional Comments
This currently only seems to work on the original 2022 timetable. On the Expert 101 Gameplay Pack's 2018 timetable, the limit is still 250 km/h.
After further testing, it seems like it maybe does also work on the 2018 timetable, but some ICE 3 services are automatically limited to 250 while others can go up to 300, whyever that is.
