Unlimited Route Hopping for UK Routes

TSW5 introduced route hopping between stations which are in common in two routes. This mod however extends this feature and lets you hop routes between ALL stations which have route hopping marker on UK routes.

Let's you route hop between (or at least to*) all of these stations.

Important:

• Stations marked with (!) only let you hop into it, but not from it because they miss a route hop marker on the map. I don't know why Dovetail misses to add one for those stations. Mostly its because it hops to third party routes, however there is also the exception of not being able to hop between first party routes from the according stations of Bakerloo Line to London Euston - Milton Keynes or Brighton station from East Coastway back to London Commuter. I don't understand why DTG missed and still misses to add these markers with an update to the relevant routes. Since these markers don't exist, they aren't part of the mod sadly.

X/Y - I don't own neither of these DLCs, however by following a structural logic and some evidence in the Blackpool Branches DLC, I tried to make these route hop markers working still.
1.) For Preston-Carlisle could someone give me a feedback whether it is working as expected/Preston is available in the hopping list?
2.) For upcoming Preston-Crewe route which was revealed during Dovetail Direct. As said above, I tried to incorporate it already since updating/doing this mod twice is very time intensive.

I also apologize that the route hopping list is a little bit unsorted and chaotic, but doing all of the stations in a right order would have even much more work and would have made things more complicated to solve than already were since I worked route after route and not station after station for the route hop markers.
