České Dráhy Branding patch

Description

This mod adds branding to places in Liberec - Stara Paka including the trains.

Features:
-Full České dráhy branding across trains
-Modeled logo sides on the 750 that used to have the old ČSD logos. (not applicable to the ČDC livery)
-Správa železnic logo on select destination boards.

List of known bugs:
-The train carrier UIC classification on the 843 is a bit broken, on the 750 it doesn't appear as we don't have the decal texture for this.

This mod has also the 843 version with the "Esko" logo, yet this isn't subbed in yet and doesn't appear in-game. (as of testing)

Patches.

Patch V1.01: Fixed metalness and roughness logo off-sets on the 843. Fixed the 750 logo model clipping inside the engine room and also made it a bit thinner as it isn't as thick in real life.
Patch V1.012: Fixed position and scale of ČDC 750. (irl different variants have different positions, I based this off generally how a ČDC 750.2/750.3 is)
Patch V1.014: Re-made the mounting logo bracket sides for the ČD 750 and made a variant for the red/yellow to match the color and position in real life. Updated the red ČD 843/043 to use the full text variant.
Patch V1.015: Fixed the blue outline on the Red ČD 843 and 043 and also corrected the colour of the logos a bit on the Najbrt livery.
