Consistent Class 350 Simulation

Description
For some reason the Birmingham - Crewe 350/1 has a slower PBC than all the other 350s - this mod makes it consistent and very slightly reduces the speed of the power handle for every 350 in the game currently.
It also brings the simulation of the WCMLS/EMK 350/1 to the same standard as the B2C 350s, including the improved suspension and removing the harsh braking at 3mph

Installation Instructions
Drag "Y1S_Consistent350Simulation.pak" from your Downloads folder to one of TSW's \DLC or \UserContent folders
By default, these are "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 6\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC"
or "C:\Users[username]\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld6\Saved\UserContent" respectively
