Allows the 31/40/45 to sub into the Crewe - Preston and updated Blackpool Branches timetables as intended while we wait for an official patch to add the region tags

Installation Instructions
Drag "Y1S_MoreJTSubstitutions.pak" from your Downloads folder to one of TSW's \DLC or \UserContent folders
By default, these are "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 6\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC" or "C:\Users[username]\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld6\Saved\UserContent" respectively
