This adds three custom horns to the default CSX Heavy Haul locomotives.

Fixed clipping on SD40-2 and GP38-2 horns. They now play correctly at proper volume.

Installation Instructions
To Install place the PAK file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC or wherever your Steam Library is located.
To Uninstall simply delete the pak file.

Not sure what the cause is, but SD40 and GP38 horns cause insane cracking in my sound, while AC44 is completely fine (maybe a bit too fast fading).
Yeah, I have the same thing. Maybe it was amplified too much.
Yeah it's an issue from when I first put them into 4.26. Working on a fix that should hopefully solve the issue.
Why dont you make a real K5LA sound thats what i meant last time

I had this issue as well. Also If possible could you make it so the horn doesnt end and then start again? I would use if the horns wouldnt just stop
I just released a fix for the GP38-2 and SD40-2 horns clipping horribly. Sorry it took so long. As for the loops, I didn't have plans for that. This was a port of Camoguy's work. My goal was to just ensure it worked in 4.26. But never say never!

No one can make them sound right it’s terrible as someone who’s commuter rail only uses a fleet of 4 f40phs
I am now experiencing a bug where the sd40-2s engine sound will disappear. Would that be because I use griggs engine audio or should it be compatible. Going back to griggs horn sounds
This mod no longer works on TSW3 for me, I was going to use it only to find the lovely default horn (I am using the griggs engine sound packs if that helps)
Do you think you could make an Amtrak ACS-64 horn mod with a quill function? If you could, that would me AMAZING!
