Mechanical ATB warning bells for the ICMm

Before the modernization of the ICM, and some units to this day have/ had a mechanical bell for the ATB. DTG however only added the new ertms emulated sounds, wich is fine and acurate for some units.

I always loved the mechanical bells of the ATB though and had some samples pre recorded. @Myron made my samples into a great sound mod.
We even added a delay to the 1x bell so the punishing bell sounds right and emediatly after a speed decrease wich is how it is in real life. The pause that DTG added (about 2.5 sec) in between is not acurate. This does mean however that the speed indicator light change is earlier then the bell and it means that you have less time to react to a speed change if you only listen to the bells.
