BR 193 'Vectron' Train Length Sound Replacement (Road Runner)

A replacement for the Train Length sound, in reality it has the classic Warner Bros 'Road Runner' Meep Meep sound effect, only for what I can imagine is licensing was set to a different sound in game.

Works for all three vectrons in the game, Frankfurt Fulda, Flixtrain and RailPool.
