Short foreword
A huge thank you to everyone involved in the charity stream hosted by TSP, Trainsa and JM Simulation!
Be it that you were active (or will be) in the stream chat or even donated.
As the BPH we thought as a halfway goal of 1.000€ (a sum we thought was big) we will release 2 mods...
We were proven wrong, in the first stream alone we already collected over 3.500€ and this goes all to a good cause!
Now the year 2025 comes to an end.
It was a very good year. We released many mods that you folks likes, we shared many nice moments together
and despite having some problemes here and there all in all the year was great!
But now onto the real roadmap (which will be abit shorter than usual)
Released content
ÖBB Railjet

Featuring both the ÖBB and CD Railjet 1 trainsets with the cabcar now modeled!
DLG Scenery Enhancement

- Heavy overhaul of the scenery on the Dresden to Leipzig route
- New night lighting at stations and various areas
- Enhanced vegetation around key areas
ÖBB Gbs Livery Pack

This brings in a fresh batch of ÖBB paint schemes for the Gbs freight wagon, which was also heavily used in Austria!
ÖBB Eurofima Expansion

This pack adds over 25 new variations of the ÖBB Eurofima coach in old and new ÖBB colors as well as in CD colours.
From normal seating coaches up to the sleepers almost all variants are now represented in the game with fitting 3d changes in the model!
LA fix

Whilst being a small mod this mod enhances the driving experience in germany alot!
What it does you might ask?
This mod replaces the temporary speed restriction signs with new models fitting more to the real counterpart.
Traxx AC2 Regio & Fernverkehr Pack

A highly anticipated mod from last roadmap...
Mabitze finished this mod in godspeed that we were able to set it as one of the donation goals to hit!
And here it is, featuring 3 subvariants of the 146 in a total of over 15 repaints and 3 operators (Regio, FV and Metronom)
Futhermore many textures got replaced, subclass specific changes to the model were made and the Bombardier FIS system was implemented and is functional!

If you don't see a project on here from last roadmap, this is probably due to project being currently paused and not worked on
Upadte to the BR 415 / 411 EP
With the release of DLG the 411 was officially added into the game but in green this time and this update will replace that with our version of the BR 411 like on FTF.
We also tried to fix the problems with the expert GSM-R but we are currently considering another option for this problem...

The route - also known as the Almtalbahn
As many of you might have seen already, we revealed our route! Build by

This project already announced on the DTG formus was doomed dead after the files to the project were gone... but in the meantime Freddie has rebuild everything again and is even further now! Wanna have a look?
WiKo soundmod
A project brought to you by 
Maggus
The goal of the mod is to have atleast all rolling sounds replaced of the brand new Wittenberger Steuerwagen included in SHB
since it mainly uses the old KaKo soundset.
ÖBB 4024
Still WIP in terms of sounds and other features but Freddie finished another set of liverys!
This time covering the units that operate on the Semmeringbahn.

FTF EEP
Since the implementation of station and train annoucements into the TSW 6 core a big chunck of the mod had to be redone.
But this update gave us the chance to enhance the things we already had implemented.
Currently many core sided changes still must be done.

Partner releases
Since the first of 3 charity stream events went so well in terms of donations a partner of ours ( 
Raphael ) decieded, that if a certain amount is reached he is going to attempt an ÖBB 1116 soundmod and a BR 185.2 soundmod.
The goal was 1.600€ for the Taurus and 2.000€ for the 185.2...
Both goals were reached in notime, so huge props again to everyone, who participated!
as of writing this roadmap on the 24th dec. 2025 the charity-event has already collected 5.062,85€
Both mods will be, as of now, released under the BPH account but more infos about that soon.
And this is about it!
As said above this roadmap will be abit shorter than usual since many of us are busy with holiday stuff and family / relatives.
Nonetheless we wish everyone reading this a happy christmas and happy holidays!
