I've recently noticed that I've been missing a prereq in a number of my american scenarios, I've pretty consistantly failed to include the MaineLines Rahway Valley Plate C Boxcar in my requirements lists. If you've had issues with missing boxcars (specifically missing BN plate C boxcars) this is likely the cause, I'd never realized the Rahway boxcar was a prereq for one of my preferred reskins instead of the SP Plate C. All affected scenarios have now had their manuals updated to include the Rahway Valley boxcar as a prereq
