Woodhead Newbuoy Reskins Installer (Installs UKTS IDs: 39158, 39118, 37888)

Hi all, it's me again, with another UKTS content installer. I decided to do this one because I really enjoy Woodhead in Blue, and I have some in-progress scenarios that require these reskins, so I felt it was worth making an installer quickly, plus they're excellent reskins!

This installs the following reskins, all by Newbuoy:

• EM1 BR Black (ID: 39158)
• EM1 BR Green Half Yellow Panel (ID: 39118)
• BR Class 506 BR Green Half Yellow Panel (ID: 37888)

This once again uses the ExoInstall framework that I've made.
It requires the RWP files for each reskin, and patches the Class 506 geos as specified in it the 506 Reskin's ReadMe.
