AP HST (MTU) NetworkRail Livery Patch

This patch patches the NR1 livery in the AP HST (MTU) Pack. It currently - as per the latest update - refers to a texture from the HST (Valenta) Pack for it's datapanel, leading to a missing texture if you don't have that installed.

This is only required if you're running the NR1 MTU HST without having the HST (Valenta) Pack installed.
This uses the texture from the EMT2 livery, as the NR2 livery does - I'm not completely sure if this is completely accurate, but it may be more accurate than using the Valenta one, I'm not sure.

Big thanks to lemor2008 for pointing out this issue to me, and leading me to work out it's cause.
