GE E-33 Controls Patch

Description

This patches the Reppo GE E-33 (aka New Haven EF-4) to have slightly nicer controls.

Specifically it modifies the HUD, to have:

  • a better reverser display (a percentage makes no sense on a non-steam locomotive)
  • actual notch readouts for the dynamic brake and the master controller
  • made the reverser far more sensitive since I found it too slow initially

This does not change the air brakes currently. To do so would likely require a rescript, and on top of that a lot more knowledge on my part about how American locomotives are constructed (what the hell is an RL and why does this locomotive have 24 of them or smth idk). I may see if it's possible to at the very least put the current brake state in the HUD, instead of it being stuck on 0% as it is currently, but no promises on that front.

When it comes to actually driving this locomotive, do make sure you read the Operating Manual which should be in the Manuals folder of your game install. This goes into detail on many things, but also mentions some important information about braking (on pages 13-14), which is crucial to understand before you drive the locomotive in general.
This patch enables some information in the manual to be more useful, however, since it for example tells you when you're in Notch 12 etc, which is important for dynamic braking.

This is also the first mod I've made where I've used my ExoInstall framework, should make it far far easier to install.
It uses 7zip and GNU Patch to extract then patch the blueprints.
