In what would become a pretty disastrous 2 days for LNER, performance wise, you’ll take charge of the first ex Harrogate service as far as Gascoigne Wood (yes, that’s right). Today’s reasoning for the Hambleton diversion is a signalling fault between Leeds and Doncaster. Tomorrow it’ll be a unit fault locking the route at Wakefield, but that’s another day.
