AP HIA & JGA-K Sand Patch

This patch includes Sand loads for AP's HIA and JGA-K wagon packs as well as appropriate numbers for the Green and White HIAs.

HIA Green numbers are now: 369001 - 369021, 369049 - 369122.
HIA White numbers are now: 369022 - 369048.

To install, Unzip "AP HIA,JGA-K Sand Patch" and you should find a "Readme" inside.
