BN F45 Flatcar Sounds

This adds freight car audio to the flatcars that come with the BN F45 Pack (which is available with the BNSF loco pack).

By default, these cars do not have a path for bogie audio, coupling audio, nor a freight car audio .bin,
and as a result, they make no noise at all when the camera is next to them.
I fixed it by adding all 3 of those paths as follows...

• <BogieAudioControlName d:type="cDeltaString">RSC\F45Pack01\Audio\RailNetwork\Bogies\BG_Modern</BogieAudioControlName>
• <CouplingAudioControlName d:type="cDeltaString">RSC\F45Pack01\Audio\RailNetwork\Coupling\Coupling</CouplingAudioControlName>
• Audio\RailVehicles\Wagons\Wagon Freight Sound.xml

To install, copy the Assets folder and paste here...

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks

Once you install it, run the game and make sure the audio on the BN F45 flatcars works.
