SP & UP U33C/U30C Physics Mod

This is a physics mod for the GE U33C & U30C created by Digital Train Model. I also threw in a slight fix for the Engine sound, modified the freight car .bin files to make them easier to find in the Consist Editor, and also fixed the UP U30C to where it has a Leslie S3L instead of a Nathan P3.

This mod includes the following...

• HP Adjustment (But someone correct me if this is incorrect)
  - U33C:
  - Max Power: 3,300 HP
  - Max Power At Rail: 2,970 HP
  - U30C:
  - Max Power: 3,000 HP
  - Max Power At Rail: 2,700 HP
• Locomotive Weight Adjustment
  - SP U33C: 410,000 lbs
  - SP U30C: 416,000 lbs
  - UP U30C: 391,100 lbs
• Fuel Capacity Adjustment
  - SP U33C & U30C: 4,000 Gallons
  - UP U30C: 3,000 Gallons
• Tractive Effort Adjustment:
  - Starting
  - U33C: 104,710 lbs
  - U30C: 104,850 lbs
  - Continuous: 92,500 lbs
• Dynamic Braking Adjustment:
  - Approximately 60,000 lbs of Dynamic Braking Effort
• 120 Seconds to Load from 0.00 Amps to Full Tractive Effort
• Modified Horn Path for the UP U30C
• Renamed the car names inside the .bin files including [U33C] to make them easier to locate in the consist editor
• Fixed the dynamic brake sound to where the EMD turbo does not sound during dynamic braking
• Fixed the coupler physics
• Correct Fuel Consumption Range
