Tadami Line Enhancements

I have made some patches for this beautiful route, made by Union Workshop.

List of changes:

• Applied AP Weather
• Rebalanced Kuha 40 sounds a bit
• Moved cab camera a bit lower

Hint: If you are stuck on the 3rd scenario unable to unload passengers, the trick is to open your doors before AI train does so.
