Removed the AssetsRegistry.bin file from the SandPatch Content Folder and repackaged the mod. No other content changes have been made. If you do not use the scenario planner you don't have to download the new plugin but I would recommend updating.

Added more spawns for Cars and Locomotives throughout the terminal..... Tweaked some of the spawns for density.

4 Complete Trains up the way in the Reciving yard, it's a hike so you may want to use unreal engine unlocker for that.

437 Mixed Freight cars in the various yard tracks and in various cuts.... Rearranage to suit your style.

Sandpatch Grade Cumberland Terminal Sandbox. No objectives, no Dispatchers, no time limits, no AI trains. Just locomotives and freight cars. There is no penalty of passing Red Signals so you may go as far as you wish.

You will spawn on the Main #1 right next to the Classification Tracks, There you will find just about everything you need to assemble a train and take it up the mountain or just switch cars from track to track. This is your sandbox there are literally no rules.

4 Weather Presets to Choose from:

Summer Clear
Summer Raining
Winter Clear with Snow
Winter Snow Storm

I've also included the Scenario Source files in case anyone wants to look at them, or make any chances. There is currently an issue with some of the Weather in a section of the yard but I believe this is an issue with the updated route. Also when installed the Built in Scenario Planner stops working, if anyone knows how to resolve that one feel free... If somone does figure out the scenario planner bug let me know I've not gotten around it.
