Description
Various translator coaches or wagons based on German rolling stock.
Habbiins (Kassel - Würzburg)
Adds a variant of the Habbiins wagon from Kassel - Würzburg with switchable couplers. It should appear in the free roam menu under 'Translator Vehicle' as 'Translator (Habbiins)'.
Habbiins (Kassel - Würzburg)
Adds a variant of the Habbiins wagon from the expert BR 145 with switchable couplers. It should appear in the free roam menu under 'Translator Vehicle' as 'Translator (Habbiins Expert)'.
Coupler Options:
- Buckeye - default coupler, can couple to most things with Buckeye coupler, modded versions of some Tightlock trains.
- Tightlock - can couple to unmodded versions of most Tightlock trains.
- Screwlink - can couple to most things with screwlink coupler.
- Scharfenberg - such as Class 395, most European EMU's, modded version of ICE 1, TGV, BR 642, and Class 801, anything in Coupler Mod - Dellner To Scharfenberg.
- Scharfenberg Type 35 - BR 612.
- Dellner - such as unmodded version of Class 375, 377, 378, 387, 700, 710, ROG 37/7.
- BSI - such as Class 142, 158, 170, modded version of 150 and 166.
- WABCO N-Type - such as M3, M3A, M7, M7A, M9.
- Wedgelock - such as 1938 Stock, 1972 Stock.
- SA3 - TGK2 by M_E_L_O_M_A_N.
The mod uses the coupler models from these trains:
- ICE 1 from Kassel - Würzburg (Scharfenberg and Dellner coupler model).
- BR 612 from Tharandter Rampe (Scharfenberg Type 35 coupler model).
- Class 142 from Blackpool Branches (BSI coupler model).
- M7 from Long Island Rail Road (WABCO coupler model).
- 1972 Stock from Bakerloo Line (Wedgelock coupler model).
- TGK2 mod (SA3 coupler model).
If you do not have the above the mod should still work, but there will be no coupler model.
Changelog
- 2026/03/15 - Added variant based on the expert version.
- 2025/03/31 - The HBL on a BR 612 should no longer empty when coupled, added selectable Zg2 plates.
- 2025/03/30 - Changed to use the Habbiins from Kassel-Würzburg, added Scharfenberg Type 35 coupler option, usable HLL valve (not animated), ability to hide coupler swap prompt, partially fixed the WABCO coupler animation.
- 2024/12/09 - Added a version with an SA3 coupler (requires the TGK2 mod).
- 2024/07/30 - Added a multi-couple version with switchable couplers, changed Scharfenberg coupler model to the orange emergency coupler from the ICE 1.
- 2024/04/25 - Fixed sounds, added Wedglock variant, split each variant into separate .pak files so you can choose which ones you want.
- 2024/02/08 - Changed to use the Habbiins from S-Bahn Vorarlberg, added uncouple prompt.
- 2024/01/20 - First release.
Notes
- You may need to enter the cab and release the brakes on any train being dragged, I don't know how to get it to work automatically.
- The Habbiins hasn't been remodelled or retextured, I have just added various coupler options.
- I haven't added any scenarios, timetables or formations, it is only for free roam mode.

Installation Instructions
Put whichever .pak files you want in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 6\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC' folder (modify path as appropriate)

Moin, wäre es moglich einen Habbiins der nicht von Dresden-Riesa ist? Weil 36 Euro nur um den zu benutzen können ist schon so naja.

Hello, I noticed when using the Habbiin for the ICE 1 that it crashes when loading a save game, TSW4
It might have been the recent update that changed something, when I get my editor to cook files again I can see if there is anything I can do to fix it
Awesome coupler mods. Wondered if youd be able to do a Mk2a from NPT or the dual braked Mk1BG from NTP. Dont have blackpool branches :(
Also using your method to add new RVDs with your mods, would it be possible to make the GWE Hst Mk3 coaches available in free roam as individual coaches/just as a set without power cars?
I can work on a NTP version, shouldn't take too long
For the Mk3 coaches, the formation editor beta should be releasing in next few days which will hopefully allow creating a formation of only Mk3 coaches. If it doesn't I can make a mod to spawn the power car and individual coaches separately
Yo would be cool if you could do the same couplers to the BR101 since that is a main towing locomotive being used in germany. Meaning you do not neccesarryly have to use the Habiins for it

Hey, the MTB 642 doesn't work to couple to this. Any reasons why?
I think the 642 by default can only couple to itself. If I get Maintalbahn in a sale I will try to make a variant that couples properly

the Habbiins unfortunately don't have any sounds. no rolling, no flange badumps, nothing. can this be fixed?
Happening for me too, although I am not sure why, it is just set as a child of the Vorarlberg Habbiins which seems to work fine. I will have a look and see if I can find the problem
I think I have found the problem, if there aren't any other problems a fixed version should be uploaded in next few days

I get the following error code if I try to spawn the coach:
Could not find SuperStruct RVM_VBRG_Habbiins_C to create RVM_Translator_Habbiins_C

you could use the vectron translator mod for 200 km/h
or if you do not own them heres one for br 101
The Coupler For the M7 does not show up when I select it despite the fact that I have the M7 in TSW
