A mod that alters the BR 642 from Maintalbahn to allow it to couple to other trains with Scharfenberg couplers, such as most German EMU's, ÖBB 4024, Class 395, modded version of 801 and TGV. Keep in mind the mod won't be compatible with any game updates or mods that modify the original BR 642 RVD files, since one will overwrite the other.

Notes

• I am not sure how to get it to control another train when coupled (for example 642 coupled to 442), so to get them to move you might need to turn on the other train and release the brakes.
• The engine sometimes shuts down when coupling to another train, not sure why. Reset simulation physics may turn it back on.

Bugs

• Formation designer doesn't detect that the replacement version should be able to couple to other trains.
