Major Update 05/24:

Total voice over replacement using David Wheatly's authentic style callouts Transport for Wales.
Added filters to mimic callouts originating from speakers
Spliced and merged audio segments to minimize amount of files needed.
Six new special announcements: "Delay Repay", "No Smoking", "Penalty Fares", "Safety", "Security", and "Weather Conditions"
Two ambient sounds: "Cardiff City" and "Passengers Platform".
