German Original Announcement Pack

Here are some announcements i felt are missing in TSW5, either because packs for the lines haven't been made or lines were missing.

Installation Instructions

It's reccomended to use Soundpad or Metro Speak for this pack, however, any program that can playback audio with houtkeys should work.
