Description
Update 1.1 - August 3rd, 2025
- EHC/RailDriver Support added. OSD SW1500 should now show up on RailDriver screen.
- Removed corner refrigerator and heater from cab
- Redid cab texture to lower the amount of dirt to better match OSD stock
- Other minor adjustments/fixes
Travel back in time to the early 2000's and bring classic Canadian switcher power to life on the Oakville Subdivision with the rugged SW1500, now rolling in Canadian National’s iconic black and red livery. This hardworking locomotive is a yardmaster’s dream — compact, powerful, and built for precision. Whether you’re shuffling tank cars in the industrial sprawl of Hamilton or building a consist by the lakeside, the SW1500 delivers gritty, authentic action with every throttle notch. Hear the rumble. Feel the steel. Command the yard.
The SW1500 is a seamless addition to OSD, it will substitute in on all TT services as an additional locomotive with a 33% chance of spawning on AI services. I have provided a placeholder scenario, as scenario creation is not my forte. If you would like to create some scenarios or an alternate timetable to use with the SW1500, feel free to do so, I will gladly include it with the mod download.

Caltrain MP15DC Diesel Switcher Loco Add-On
Peninsula Corridor: San Francisco - San Jose Route Add-On
The DLCs required are no longer available for purchase on Steam, however a Steam key can still be purchased via other means (linked above) and activated on Steam (this should be the case, but I make no guarantees).
Installation Instructions
Unzip the contents of the downloaded archive to:
%Userprofile%\Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld5\Saved\UserContent (Steam version of TSW)
%Userprofile%\Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld5EGS\Saved\UserContent (Epics Games Store version of TSW)
(if UserContent directory does not exist, simply create one)

All of the screenshots were taken in-game whilst running SpaceyKat's All North American Routes Time of Day Upgrade
I highly recommend using this mod as it just makes all older US routes look considerably better.
