The 'Sapsan' was Russia Version of Germany Velaro series. It was the fastest train in Russia History with 290kph record. It currently serve on Saint Petersburg–Moscow railway with 250kph service speed due to the line limit.

I could not speak Russian, after translation it seems you are not happy with me putting this train in 'European' despite it was not a train in game.
However, if understand correctly, Velaro is still greatly related to BR403 (407) and I asked Alex on Discord about this and Alex agreed to put this in 'Europe'.
If Alex changed his mind I will move this to Fiction.

Hello! Very well done! Would you like to know where you got the company logo for the game? (And how downloaded)
For this specific livery I remember it was the creator who handcrafted the logo (I was here for distribution with permission).
I personally use the following mod for logos which I believe including Russian Railway's, BUT unsure if it include the logo on this specific train.

The link above was the current newest version (v1.5) which I think included Russian Railway.
Place the mod file that end as .pak in your DLC folder, which could be found as:
[Train Sim World 3]-[WindowsNoEditor]-[TS2Prototype]-[Content]-[DLC]
You should able to locate the folder by the [find local file] button in steam.

"Сапсан", хоть и делался "Симменсом", но выше, шире, кабина другой формы и база тележек длиннее, не говоря про крышевое, (матчасть изучай)!
Но если и делаешь работу, то делай хорошо, дерьма и так хватает...
