iR | BR 140 - Ozeanblau-Bg & ORot Repaints (Backdated)

This mod adds a proper backdated version of the BR140, as it was used before EBuLa and GSM-R devices were even known by train drivers.

Additions

• Added the Ozeanblau-Beige & Orientrot repaints for the Stuttgart-Heilbronn DB BR 140
• Removed the EBuLa and GSM-R
• Added an Telefunken analog train radio, as used alongside the TFZ90 and MESA2002 before ~ 2004
• Replaced the more modern PZB90 with I60R, as PZB90 was only introduced in the mid to late 90s
• The Orientrot repaint changes its logos in 1994 from the Bundesbahn "Keks" to the DB AG "Keks"

The chapter only nerds read or people who mistake it for the known issues.

• The I60R only releases the penalty brake when the main brake pipe is emptied to almost 0 bar of pressure
