iR | HRR DB BR 425 Driver's Camera Mod

After a request a few days ago, I finally got around to tackle the 425's driver's camera position. I'm planning to make a full enhancement pack out of this at some point, but as of now, other projects have priority and some material is still missing, so I decided to release this small patch by itself for now.

This small mod raises the driver's camera position in the BR 425 in order to be more realistic.
