iR | Very Serious NID BR 628.2 PIS Enhancements (April Fools)

April Fools mod - this mod changes the pixels of the PIS on the BR 628.2 to a turtle image. Nothing else.

This idea was on my list for quite a while now, in fact I had the idea the day Needle Barn was announced. I'm glad to have finally been able to pull it off; I hope you enjoy this mod as much as I do.
This brilliant piece of TSW modding enhances the BR 628.2's PIS beyond a point you can't imagine - if I was able to I would've cried once I saw the mod in-game for the first time. We have reached the peak of TSW modding.
