Metrolink PIS and Station Directory Improvements

This mod overhauls the PIS displays on all of the Metrolink rolling stock included with the San Bernardino line, and also crucially updates the station directories on both San Bernardino and Antelope Valley to add many more destinations and change the display of some stations.

PIS display wise the boards on both types of Metrolink cars are now capable of displaying 4 digit train numbers (needed for the new weekend numbers), and no part of them scrolls anymore. The layout has also been changed slightly to be more visually appealing. This only applies to the San Bernardino stock, it does not change anything on any Antelope Valley cars.

Station directory wise many destinations have been added to both the San Bernardino and Antelope Valley, including missing off-map Metrolink stations, as well as Pacific Surfliner and Amtrak long distance destinations. Some stations have also been changed in regards to how they display on the PIS.

The SBD pak file contains the rolling stock modifications as well as the SBD line station directory. The AVL pak file contains just the AVL station directory.
