West Somerset Track Rule Mod

Description
This mods changes the track rule asset for West Somerset Railway by:
1.) Enabling the tracks to have electrification (overhead & third rail). You can run electric locos & EMUs on.
2.) Setting the Primary Speed limit to 90 mph, Secondary speed limit is 60 mph. Only limitation are the stops, where the vanilla speed limits apply.
I tested the mod with TfL Class 387 and Class NT 323.
I did not test on prior TSW version, but it likely should work on older TSW versions as well.
I'm not very well educated about the english railway system, but this one actually has been requested by a couple of people to me already because of my other track rules mods. I also really like this route. We need more diesel branch lines in game.

Installation Instructions
After downloading, copy or move the pak file "!Unlimited_RouteHop_GermanRoutes.pak" into the DLC folder under
(Train Sim World)\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
For Steam, this is
(path to your steam library)\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 5\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC.
Uninstalling just by deleting the file or moving it in a different folder or subfolder.
