DB BR 147 Inverter Patch

Hi all,

This is a very small patch to the DB BR 147 that changes the curves on the very early inverter traction motor sounds.

The change removes the notable pause in sound between the first three main inverter tones, to now instead transition instantly from one another, as per reality.
This really bothered me while playing so I aimed to resolve it with this small mod.
