BOW F40PH Sound Mod

Revisiting my mod for the Boston to Worcester F40PH-3C.

New mix of prime mover sounds for all notches.
New HEP sound, recorded from an F40PH idling. In person they are so loud they easily overshadow the prime mover sounds when idling, so be warned the HEP is loud in-game.
I tried my best with balancing, any clipping is a result of the game engine :(

I will leave the old file "F40PH_HEP_ENG.pak" if you prefer those sounds.
