Description
A small enhancement pack for Thames Valley Branches by Incredible Trains. This mod contains:
- Fully custom First Great Western station signage, including station-specific details such as Regatta Line branding
- Era-appropriate adverts, maps and posters
- Real brands to replace the fictional stand-ins used
- Light timers from Great Western Express, extending the hours the lights are on to prevent unintended darkness
- Changes route name in the menu (Thames Valley Branches instead of Thames Branch Lines)
Concessions
- The route is a mix of eras, with most of it set in 2017 but some areas are modern day. As a result some signs may not appear correctly or in the right place
- Some signs will appear to be stretched or warped due to route limitations
- Some signs may not be 100% accurate - I've tried to get them all as close as possible but references and my skills are limited
- Some signs are made in a way that they cannot be changed in the same way, mostly at Henley station but a few other places too. These are obvious as they use the default UE font, Roboto
- At the moment this pack doesn't include the First Great Western livery that all the 2 car 165s wore in 2017. It is planned but as the 165 is set up a little differently to the 166 it'll take a bit longer than expected
- This pack does not affect scenery, partially because Johannes is working on improvements to it but mostly because I don't know what I'm doing
Dependencies
Installation Instructions
Drag "Y1S_ThamesValley.pak" from your Downloads folder to one of TSW's \DLC or \UserContent folders
By default, these are "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 6\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC" or "C:\Users[username]\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld6\Saved\UserContent" respectively
