DTG GUV BR Blue Reskin

Included are reskins of the BR Blue GUV's from the 'BR Blue Diesel Electric Pack Loco Add-On' and the 'Woodhead Electric Railway in Blue Route Add-On'. These reskins are an attempt to better represent the actual BR Blue colour as it was, and also match the blue with the coaches from Armstrong Powerhouse for better scenario compatibility.
