[OTS] 2B73 Blackburn - Blackpool North

A Scenario for On Track Simulations Northern Lines Electric V2.0 Route.

Description:
You find yourself sat at PN485 just outside of Bamber Bridge Station. The signal is currently on red due to a failure with the Level Crossing.
However engineers were in the local area and managed to make it over to the site rather quick to investigate the problem.
We are currently just awaiting the all clear to proceed onwards towards Blackpool North.
