Description:
The line between St Denys and Cosham was only electrified in 1990, so prior to that local services were predominately operated using Thumpers on local services and Class 33s on long distance services.
On one autumn Saturday in 1987, drive 205028 on the local stopping service from Portsmouth Harbour to Salisbury, starting on the approach to St Denys.
