Searchlight Simulations 40' Container Patch

Just a quick little patch that adds in the Searchlight Simulations 40' containers from their freight car pack and puts them onto the ABS well cars. I've done most skins of the well cars available, skipping over duplicates. Check requirements to see what skins are done.

Currently included are a "Generic" version, utlizing all of the container skins Searchlight made, and a CP(KC) version, using only those appropriate for that road. More roads will hopefully come in the future, along with more specialized scripting for each car.

To activate in the scenario editor, you must enable "Freight Car Pack" under ABStudios, "FRT" under SearchlightSimulations, and "SLS 40' Container Patch" and/or "SLS 40' Container Patch - CPKC" under geepeethirty. These cars are not quick drive compatible.

Naming convention follows ABS' original structure, with the container being named "[Roadname] SLS 40," with the generic simply being "SLS 40."
