The ‘Ealnos GBRF’ wagon pack by 3DZUG released with only three liveries (two real and one fictional) and was based on the JNA-T wagon with design code JN063C. However, the JNA-T classification covers a wider range of design codes: JN062A, JN063A, JN063B, JN063C, JN066A and JN067A. The JN062A design has 9 ribs, with the rest having 11 ribs. This enhancement pack aims to represent all wagons designated as JNA-T with 11 ribs, and as a bonus also includes the visually similar JNA-W with design code JN069A. The main differences between the represented design codes are listed below.
JN063A: 11 ribs, no sweep door, original bogies/underframe.
JN063B: 11 ribs, no sweep door, original bogies/underframe.
JN063C: 11 ribs, sweep door, original bogies/underframe (the wagon modelled by 3DZUG).
JN066A: 11 ribs, no sweep door, new bogies/underframe.
JN067A: 11 ribs, no sweep door, new bogies/underframe.
JN069A: 11 ribs, no sweep door, new bogies/underframe.
As you can see, the least-populous design code was the one that was modelled. As such, on the majority of wagons, several tweaks have had to be made to the placement of text and pictograms to work around the presence of the sweep door. Furthermore, the text and pictograms relating to the wagon handbrakes for the latter three designs are positioned so that they are in the appropriate location for the original bogie/underframe, rather than in the correct position for the new bogie/underframe. This ensures the arrows pointing to the handbrake actually point to it, rather than pointing to thin air.
Despite these small adjustments due to model limitations, the included liveries remain very accurate, including the subtle differences between text and pictograms that varies from livery to livery.
