Shasta Texture Fixes

This pack fixes several issues with the textures of the G-100-31 Woodchip cars and both engines and included with Milepost Simulations Mount Shasta Line. Also included is a skin of the SD40T-2 into SP's Speed Lettering.

• Colors matched to existing SP units
• Lettering edited to better resemble SP lettering
• Fixed alignment issues
• SD40T-2 skins further detailed
• DSCV on speed lettered SD40T-2 limited to units that were repainted

The SD9e paint was made on the LP enhanced version, however it should work on the default one as well. The link is in the requirements section,
