New Searchlight Simulations-Script Nathan AirChime P5 for EMD F40PHM-2s

-Stock horn replaced with a Nathan AirChime P5
-Stock bell replaced with an EMD Steel Bell
The proxy currently applies only to the Barnez/RSC/G-Trax Chicago Racetrack F40PH, but you can modify it for your own uses.

Installation Instructions
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Unpack the .zip archive, and drag all included folders to your Railworks installation, which can be found on C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets for example.
Overwrite if asked to do so. Note that this should wipe out any previous versions of this pack. Back up original files as you see fit in case you mess up
your dragging and dropping.
