Freeware VNHRR Budd RDC (http://golden-age-rails.com/rwroll.html)
Installation Instructions
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Copy folders "CentralJerseyRailfan" and "VNHRR" into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets" or an equivalent installation location.
Back up files of what are overwritten are included.
